EDS have been commissioned to remodel this spectacular Grade ll listed Hall in Winthorpe, design a swimming pool enclosure with spa area and a barn conversion. This property also contains a period orangery and vegetable garden and outdoor tennis courts. The site is being developed with a view to being used as an Airbnb with onsite living quarters for the managers. We may even use our glamping expertise in part of its grounds.
