Multiple Agricultural Developments, Church Broughton
Sites like this which sometimes do not fall in development areas can be challenging when working with planners to get renovations passed in a sustainable manner. We welcome working in this way and have a good record for gaining approvals through design innovation for developments in which some cases looked unlikely to be approved.
The main house has been extended to suit the owners own living requirements whilst the barn has been fully approved to become a 3 bed holiday dwelling.
The barn conversions consist of open courtyard and fully landscaped gardens with the conversion of the agricultural storage building to become a coach house conversion with further accommodation and vehicle storage. Plans are also in place for outline planning on a new dwelling to the rear of the site.
