This humble cottage was completely transformed when we gained permission for the demolition of the existing garage & conservatory and the erection of a double storey side extension, single storey rear extension, front porch and detached double garage. The client gained a huge master bedroom ensuite as well as an impressive new ground floor living space that opens onto the rear gardens. A multi category project such as this takes patience and requires a good relationship with the planning authorities – something EDS pride themselves on.
